SAOS Open Studios

For two weeks and three weekends artists throughout Surrey open the doors of their studios to the public.  I will be setting up a sculpture trail in the meadow and exhibiting finished pieces in the garage alongside Sue Roche’s photography.  There will be work in progress in my studio and I will demonstrate the techniques I use on request.

This will be our 17th year at RHS Garden Wisley when we will once more be delighted to be showing a Sculpture Trail in this wonderful garden. Come and see us and have a chance to talk with the sculptors about the work displayed. There is no additional charge for the Trail once inside the garden. This is one of our most exciting Trails showing work of exceptional standard.

Surrey Artist of the Year competition 2014
New Ashgate Gallery

The public was invited to vote during the Surrey Artists' Open Studios summer event. The artists who received the most votes have been invited to showcase their work as part of the Surrey Artist of the Year exhibition.

The eleven shortlisted artists (including me) will take part in the exhibition at the New Ashgate Gallery. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to vote for their favourite artist again, during the first three weeks of the exhibition. The votes will be counted and combined with those from a panel of judges for the announcement of the Surrey Artist of the Year 2014 on 17th October. The winner will receive a solo exhibition at New Ashgate Gallery and a cash prize.
